Sweating with Chlamydia??

I was very stupid one night after getting drunk and visited a sex worker.

So drunk that I couldn't ejaculate and eventuated to unprotected sex. (Very very stupid!! and I know if I've dodged the bullet this time, it will NEVER EVER EVER EVER happen again!) Noting, this is seriously my FIRST and ONLY sex worker. She also knew about it and that's why she was ok when I asked. (Now I am WORRIED)

This happened one week ago. and on the 3rd day, I had a bad sore throat with white dots on my throat.
On the Fourth day, I felt pain on my penis and now it's the seventh day, there is puss coming out.

It seems very much like Chlamydia.
However, I have another symptom which scares me deeply.

Heavy sweating started on the night since the 2nd day. Noting, I didn't get worried about the STD or even thought about it until the 4th day. Hence, it is not anxiety...

I have been to many many websites and none says sweating is associated with Chlamydia and it's more so with HIV. There is "ONE" website I found with such a symptom listed, but said it's for advanced stage of the illness.
However!!!!! I am sweating like hell as soon as I sleep. I've always had insomnia where I can only get 2 hours of sleep and I wake up with a wet face...

Now... I understand that HIV wouldn't effect a person so QUICK. And I can also swear to GOD that I haven't had any sexual experience in the last six months prior to this.

Question 1)
Is sweating a known symptom for Chlamydia. NOTING: I have always been a person which sweats excessively since young. I normally change 6 shirts(cuz they get soaking wet) in a 2 hour workout of indoor soccer. Doctors says it's good as I metabolis great.

Question 2)
For example, if the sex worker had both chlamydia and HIV. Is it possible to just catch chlamydia and not HIV?
I ask this because, I'm pretty sure I've got Chlamydia from everything I've seen and read. And I've read that even from one single unprotected sexual interaction, the possibility of catching HIV just once is still low. (I shot outside) But catching Chlamydia is HIGH!!! Does catching Chlamydia from the lady surely mean that I'll get everything she has? eg HIV and Hence the HIV has attacekd me so quickly within a week? (This sounds like a stupid question, but does the virus live well and closely with each other)

Finally, I've already done blood tests and urine testing awaiting results. I am already on Doxy-100 (2 pills per day). My life is basically ruined from just the mere few days. Can someone answer my queries???

One addition:

I have been drinking quite excessively for 2 weeks. The incident occurred approximately one week ago.
The drinking may be causing the night sweats, but I've been off the alcohol for 3 days and I'm still getting sweats.

I've always been a binge drinker, but never noticed such a consistent night sweating for close to a week now...

Hi there -

You wouldn't get night sweats from HIV at this point, whether it was from a previous encounter or from this one.  Its too early for this encounter, and both too early and too late for the last one.  Night sweats are associated with AIDS - not HIV, and from medications.  If it was from a new HIV infection, you wouldn't get anything for about 2-4 weeks, and it takes a long time to develop into AIDS.

The chances of you getting HIV from this encounter are LOW.   I don't think you need to worry about anything, but keep in mind for future events that you not ejaculating in her is beneficial for her, not you.  It doesn't change a thing for you.

That's not to say you shouldn't follow up with your doctor about it, though.  You need to find out what's causing it.

Now, for your other symptoms, it sounds like it may be chlamydia or NGU.  The doxy will cure it.

I've been on Doxy 100 for 4 days now and pain hasn't eased. The doctor gave me some very strong medicine today which made me basically pass out and dirrahea. "Zithromax"

The pain still hasn't eased? Does my symptoms sound like Herpes by any chance?

Noting: I've had all tests done for HIV, Herpes, Chlamydia. And ALL are negatives.....
They were done twice just to be sure and still negatives...

What do you think may be wrong with me??

No, this doesn't sound like herpes.
