Test accuracy or weird accident?

I recently tested positive with chlamydia and was treated for it. I told the 2 girls i could have possibly gotten it from or given it to. Both got tested and both came up negative for chlamydia. What are the chances that the tests weren't accurate (mine or the girls). Maybe i had something else... Or is there something that could have just caused me to develop it without having contracted it from someone else? I definitely had something.

Are those the only 2 you've been with in the last 3 months?

You had to get it from someone- it doesn't just appear.

Those were the only 2 girls ive been with in the past 13 months. Im in the military and i deployed to Iraq in February for 7 months. got back in mid September. The second girl was while i was on leave back home and i didnt even have sex with her. I went down on her, had a sore throat the next day. got the itching and discharge in my penis shortly after. She told me later after she said she was negative for chlamydia that she had itching the next day but took over the counter medication for a yeast infection.

If she had no contact with your penis, you couldn't have gotten chlamydia from her.  Chlamydia isn't spread orally.

Its also possible, but not likely, that you had it 13 months ago.

Girl number 1 was clean. She and i have been having sex since before i deployed.

I was in the same situation where all indications point to my girlfriend as the one who gave me the infection but she tested negative and denied having sexual encounter with anybody else for more than 3 years.  See my posting at http://www.medhelp.org/posts/show/669461.  ;
