Testicular Pain halfway through treatment

I was diagnosed with chlamydia last week and on thursday began a 7 day course of doxycycline. I am midway into the treatment and I am still experiencing some testicular discomfort on one side. Is it normal to have this pain this far into the treatment or should I be concerned that the antibiotics are not working?

I wouldn't be concerned just yet.  There might still be some inflammation that is causing the pain.

If, at the end of your treatment, you aren't feeling better, give your doc a call.

If you can take ibuprofen, then you might try that for the pain.
