Testing for chlamydia

Can chlamydia be found using a urine culture?  I had an encounter at a strip club 10 months ago.  The stripper spit on her hand and gave me a hand job.  I do not know if she touched herself prior to this though.  If she did could I get chlamydia.  The reason I ask is because I have had a clear sticky discharge some mornings.  Never pain when urinating.  I have been tested numerous times, but the doctors and urologists I have seen tested using urine cultures.  Only one doctor used a NAAT test.  All tests have been negative, but I do not know if chlamydia could be found in a urine culture.  Many websites say that chlamydia will not show in a urine culture.  If the doctor asked to test for chlamydia in a urine culture would they.
