I was recently told I had protatitis, before finding that out I had a urine test for chlamydia it came back postive. If there is bacteria in the urine from protatitis would it also show a false postive for chlamydia? Also is it possible to get chlamydia from a girl performing oral on me? Thanks

Its most likely that the chlamydia caused the prostatits, so the chances of a false positive are unlikely.

Its uncommon for chlamydia to be passed by oral sex, but its possible.  If you have only had oral sex, and never intercourse, then obviously you got it from oral.  If you've had intercourse, I would go with that as the cause.
