Time frame b4 contagious

by Silly249, Nov 03, 2009 10:44PM
I had sex early Sunday morning with a girl that gave me chlamydia. Four days later I had unprotected sex with an old partner. I did not ejaculate inside her. Also at that time I had absolutely no symptoms. A wk later I got symptoms and was diagnosed with chlamydia. What r the odds I gave my old partner chlamydia? My nurse said it's probably unlikely but easily possible. What do you think?

It is easily possible.  Your current partner needs to be informed.  Many women don't get symptoms until it turns into PID.  At that time, it could affect fertility.  And then, she could also pass it back to you if you have been treated.  Also, you do know that fluid does come out during sex BEFORE ejaculation.  It is called pre-ejaculation fluid.  Women have gotten pregnant from that. So, it's possible to get disease from it.
