Took 1g Zithromax 3 days ago, chlamydia urine test will be affected??

Hi, Im a 30 years old man, married, that made the worst move in my entire life.  I travel outside of US for work and have unprotected oral sex with a girl two weeks ago, first time in my life I was unfaithful.  A week later, I feel discomfort, tingling, some burning, no discharge.  I went to a Generalist Doctor and give me Cipro 500mg 2xday for 7 days.  Feeling no better and been desperate I buy 1g of zithromax and took it. I do this in my day 5 in Cipro (That was last Friday).  Today, (Monday), I went to the urologist and send me for urine test for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea and also a blood test (VDRL).  He prescribe me another 1 g of zithromax but he didnt know that I already took it last Friday.  If I have Chlamydia or Gonorrhea, it will appear in the test or the antibiotic will bring a false negative?? How much time it get to Chlamydia disappear? When should I re-test?? How much time without sex?? Please let me know, Im really desperate...

I forgot to tell.  Generalist Doctor send me to do a urinalysis and urine culture, both negative, no infections.

Well the chances that you got anything would be low and couple that with all of the medication you have taken chances are if you did get something it would have been cured. If you want something 100% accurate...wait 2-3 weeks after medication and retest.

Yesterday in the night I began with clear discharge.  Right now Im still have discharge and some pain in testicles.  The results are gonna be this Friday and I have an appointment with the urologist next Wednesday. I just want to be cure quick as possible!!! Why I began to discharge if took the zithromax??? I also had CIPRO for 7 days!! (Finished yesterday).  Did medication didnt work???!!!!

I also have low back pain and some low abdomen or bladder pain. Still go pee often.

Possible medication did not work (not a high chance) or possible that this is the body just cleaning it's self from the infection.

I receive the test result for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.  Both negative. This was a false negative???? I took 1g of zithromax on Friday and the test was Monday (almost 50hours after the medication).  This urine test detect it anyway I was in antibiotic?? Please let me know.

lol you are fine those will clear it up from experince yes the pills will cause pain because your body is getting ride of it you will be fine and if you still get symptoms after getting ride of the clap it's normal so don't panic
