UTI / chlamydia question

Hi - I recently experienced pain during urination and came down with a fever. The doctor tested me using the dip stick method but couldn't find nitrites (sp?) in the urine to confirm it was a UTI. He sent a sample away for testing but then quizzed me on the possibility of chlamydia (among other things, including other STDs). The sample proved it was a UTI and I was given a course of antibiotics - following which the pain went (there is still very occasional minor discomfort). Is there any possibility that it could still be related to a STD?

Possible, yes. But probably no.
