Uncured chlamydia??

In September of this year, I was diagnosed with Chlamydia, after having repeated unprotected sex with the same partner. I took a single dose of antibiotics, as prescribed and the symptoms seemed to go away. Then, a few weeks later, they started coming back but I had not had sexual relations with anyone since that last guy. The symptoms aren't as bad as before...the pain when urinating has subsided a lot, the discharge is less, ect. But what made me notice the returning symptoms most is the itchiness in my vagina, usually mostly when i'm on my period. Recently, the discharge has also been increasing a bit, becoming once again cottage-cheese (sorry for being graphic) texture and i've noticed that my urine is also getting cloudy.

So i have a few questions:

Could the antibiotics not have worked?
Could it be linked to the fact that i'm on the Pill?
Could I have recaught the infection through my own discharge or through the underwear that i wore while having chlamydia (even though i cleaned them)?
Should i have been changing my underwear frequently during the day, while on the antibiotics? I wore pantyliners, cause I thought that was safer...is that a problem?

I'm just very distressed right now because i thought after taking the antibiotics, i wouldn't have to worry about this anymore, especially as i HAVE NOT HAD SEXUAL RELATIONS since that last man. I don't understand...could my body be immune to the antibiotics?

And as a last question, not really related, can chlamydia be transmitted through kissing? Some ppl say yes, others no...i need a definite answer.

Thank you so much.

Getting chlamydia orally is extremely extremely rare. So, transmitting it by kissing would also be.  Your symptoms sound like a yeast infection and not chlamydia.  The antibiotics and you being on birth control could have all contributed to that.  Cloudy urine usually signifies a UTI, although, it may be cloudy because of the discharge.  You should really just go to the doctor for a confirmation.
