with only once 2 weeks prior) that she has chlamydia. I went in to get tested right away, however it was only 36 hours after I would have been in contact and the test results came back negative. I realized that may have been too early for the test to be done to get accurate results so I went back 2 weeks later and got a chlamydia test again. does not guarantee the passage of a STD but it certainly does put you at risk.
My advise is to see your Dr and tell him/her what happened and they will probably treat you with medication anyway (standard to do so with a partner who tests positive) and use condoms in the future.
