Unsure whether these symptoms mean an STI

About 3 days after having sex with a condom, i became sick with the flu.
And now, about 5 days after. I've been getting intermittent burning sensations AFTER urinating, no burning sensations or pain during urination. the burning is barely noticeable. If I didn't know it was part of a symptom of chlamydia, I probably would not have noticed it.
Should I be worried about any STD? since i contracted the flu, I'm also worried about herpes.

You used a condom - I'd doubt its an std.  Since you haven't been feeling well, have you been drinking enough water?  It could be something as simple as that.

If it persists, see your doctor.  Its not a symptom of herpes, though.

So I shouldn't be worried about Chlamydia? (remembering that there is sometimes a slight burning sensation AFTER urination, not beforehand).

You can test if you want to, and if you've ever had unprotected sex, its a good idea to test.  Its just not at all likely that you would get chlamydia from protected sex.
