What is the time frame before having symtoms(symptoms) of Chlamydia?

I recently recieved my results back from the Gyno. and i found out i was infected with Chlamydia and HPV with low dose cancer cells. I have been sleeping with my current partner for 3 months and before him i had slept with someone back on Memorial day in May. I dont know wich person i could have contracted it from and its making my current relationship very rocky. My current partner says that he never had any symptoms and got tested a month before me because of a similiar case but came out negative for any STD'S. He thinks i gave the Chlamydia to him and i think he gave it to me, but there is no real way to know besides time frrames. We really love one another alot and we are just starting out on our new relationship but i fear that because we still think either is to blame that it will fall to pieces.

Im really in a bind with everything because im only about to be 20yrs old on the 1st of January and he is 24, we both have similiar sexual backgrounds. He has been the only one that i have slept with for 3 months and we have never used a condom. Which makes me conclude that iwas him i contracted Chlamydia from but i think i contracted the Gyno said i could have contracted HPV from even a Year ago. We got together in Agust and i didnt start having symptoms til the 27th of October and my last pap was 21 of october. I didnt recieve the results until November 6.

Please tell me what the time frame is to contract Chlamydia and HPV.  I need all the help i can get ASAP!!

Thankyou,
Kookie1

For chlamydia, it really honestly could have been either one of you that had it first, and unless you have prior partners test, there is no way of knowing, so honestly, why continue the blame game?  Who cares at this point?  Its taken care of, its gone, and both of you came into this relationship with prior partners and no current std testing and didn't use condoms.

As for the HPV, you can have it for years and not know it, so either one of you again could have brought it into the relationship.

It can be a lot in a new relationship, but as long as you both realize that no one is to blame here - no one knew they had anything - it shouldn't ruin the relationship.
