Yeast Infection and False positive Chlamydia Test?

I went to my doctor for treatment of a yeast infection and I came back positive for yeast and while I was there she said, well lets just do your annual while your hear and I said, sure and the next day I got a call saying I was exposed to Chlamydia... Naturally I called my boyfriend of a year and he swears that he didn't do anything, I am also taking probiotics could the yeast infection and or the probiotics cause a false positive?

Its possible.  Let your yeast clear up, then test again if you haven't taken the antibiotics for it, and your bf also needs to test.

If it comes up positive again, its not a false positive.
