a slow recovery

I'm feeling better after a year of treatments but now I seem to be photosensitive to sunlight.  Whenever I'm out in the sun for any time, my face is red.  I also have some red spots at the bottom of my neck and top of my chest.  They do not hurt or itch but I would say they are tender.  

Also, most mornings the opening of my urethra and tip of my penis is swollen.  Sometimes I have a slight pain in the tip.  My Dr. says its bacteria.  I have had tests for everything STD but still it persists.  And my urine is dark in the mornings and I have loose stools.

This does not sound like it is from any STD... you need to see your health care provider about your sun issue... sounds like a skin problem.
