Can chlamydia be cured by taking Bactrim-DS 2x/day for 5 days?

hmm kinda, standard treatment is 2xday for 7-10 days to be absolutely sure your cured. Chlamydia is hard to cure and its symptoms last a while after its cured, id reccomend taking cipro 2x a day for 10 days.

Chlamydia is not hard to cure at all. Although it is very easy to reinfect yourself. Once cured it is completly gone unless you sleep with someone or the same person and they have not been treated then you will reinfect yourself.

There is a dose of medication you take at one time (2 or 4 pills) you can't have sex for 7 days because it takes 7 days to be completely cured.

You should really take what is perscribed to you by your physician if you are infected with this .

chlamydia is hard to cure,i cant get cured and i have had it for a long timeeeeeeeeeee.....................................and i havent had sex for a long timeeeee..........been on several meds.................we still dont know...........
