antibiotic Levofloxacin

last year i have encountered unsafe sex and after that i got a painful urination and a pus was on it, after it i got myself check. doctor advice me to take levofloxacin for 7days but i got lapses in taking the medicine. i take the antibiotic for 3days and stop theres no pain and pus in my penis. after 5days pain is back.. itake another antibiotic for 5 days and its gone but after a couple of day its back agian so this time i took levox again and never skip it for 7days... is it ok ? or what will happen to me if after this treatment? i dont know what to do and i didnt consult my doctor anymore.

Well.  It is never a good idea to self-medicate.  You really need to go back to the doctor and make sure you do not have any disease that you can pass on to others.  And/or make sure that what ever it is you had is gone.
