antibiotic question

hi, i was wondering if 2 grams of ancef intravenously would treat chlamydia/gonorrhea. After the surgery i was also on cipro 250mg  bid for 3 days. i had no symptoms of either disease after within 3 weeks of the sexual encoutner and after the surgery i presented with yeast infection likesymptoms. used 3 day otc medication relief for one day. now symptoms are reappearing. i am getting tested but just curious as to whether that much and type of antibiotic would cure those two infections.
