azitromicine vs cefixime

Hi,
I was wondering what the best treatment for chlamydia and gonoreah simultaneously are. Is it better to take 2g of azitromicine or 1 g of azitromicine and cefixime 400mg.

Also what is less likely to cause a yeast infection??

Have you been diagnosed with these?  Self-treating is almost always a bad idea.

As far as yeast, that's as much about your body as it is the meds - I'd say they are probably about equal with causing yeast.
