burning sensation in penis

I have been having burning sensation in my penis. It is there constantly and not only during the time of urinating. I had sex only with my partner. We both are loyal. Kindly help me. I am a male aged 33 years. I have heard that urinary infection is uncommon in males. What would be the problem I am facing. It has been since for the last ten days.

If you and your partner have only been with each other then this could be a uti. I would see your health care provider to figure this out.
