chlamydia puzzle please help

26 year old male, I was diagnosed with chlamydia 2 months ago and was prescribed 1 gm Zithromax which seemed to do the trick. My partner also took the same dose she had no symptoms and mine resolved quick, we waited 4 days before sex rather than the recommended 7 days which I was worried about. A couple days after sex I started to feel slight discomfort then progressed into frequent urination. I had some cipro from my ER visit where I originally went before my doctor, he didnt test for Chlamydia only UTI, I was skeptical and went to my doctor who diagnosed the clap. I took the cipro (to relieve if anything and out of anxiety) for two days (2 500mg day) as the symptoms persisted then I went and gave a urine sample at my Doctors office (question 1) Could this cause a false negative? Three days later the nurse called and said the test came back negative for chlamydia. I was shocked, I thought it would be positive. I did a urine dipstick test on myself at work prior to taking cipro and their were no white blood cells or Nitrates in my urine so I pretty much ruled out a UTI... I keep myself very clean and drink plenty of water I thought for sure the clap was back and not uti. Anyway, I was put on a week of Doxycycline finished that and now am having the Dysuria again as well as a feeling in my bladder not of pain but of slight discomfort. My girlfriend and I had had sex one day after I finished the doxy. So what could this be is my question if I came back negative for chlamydia? I will get tested again in a week or so if necessary. What do you think?

it has been two days since the previous paragraph and am now feeling a burning sensation in my testicles and bladder area as if I had bengay down there if that makes sense. Could this be prostatitis or something else or is the clap back? No pain when I urinate or discharge of any kind, yet? I have been taking cranberry pills drinking plenty of water to prevent uti, pretty sure its not a uti however. Give me your best Doctor! I and everyone else Very much appreciate your time.
