hi i had just found out just last week that i had chlamydia when i had went to the clinic for a prenatal check up. My doctor had gave me an antibiotic named azithromycin and it was only two tablets. It was 250mg but skip all of that i just want to know if i am in the 3rd day of treatment and i have had unprotected sex with my children father will i have to restart the treatment all over again? Oh by the way he haven't got treated yet and i'm scared to death that i might be reinfected again so will the treatment protect me from becoming reinfected again????????????

No.  There is a chance you were reinfected if he wasn't treated.  But you could have had a false positive.  The only way to really tell is if he tests positive.  You need to not have unprotected sex for 7 days after treatment.  In fact it is not recommended you have sex at all because condoms can and do break.  Have him test to see if he is positive.  And if so, you need to tell your provider so you both can get treated at the same time.
