i have been with my bf for 3 years i tested postive for chamdia. he is the  only person i been with & sleep  with all my life. is it possibel he wil test negative for the chlamydia test. when he go to get tested. he wont admit he cheated.

I don't see how you could have gotten it any other way if you haven't been with someone else, and the chances of you both having it for 3 years without symptoms are slim to none.

The only way he would test negative is if you have a false positive (if you had symptoms, its not likely to be a false positive), or if he already knew he had it and got treated without you knowing.  However, if he has had sex with you, he is probably re-infected and would need to be retreated.
