could i have chlamydia again..

i had a 4pill dose of azithromycin 2weeks ago and i had sex with my ex 4days ago. Is there a chance i could have chlamydia again if he wasnt wearing a condom? i've heard zithromax stays in the system for about 16 days so im very concerned.... should i get checked again?

A 5 day course of Zithromax with give theraputic blood levels for 10 days. Chlamydia retesting should be at 30 days post treatment. Hope this helps/.
