did i or didnt i have chlamydia ???

hi, I am a female, i had unprotected sex just once with my boyfriend at the time, he did a urine test for chlamydia and it came back positive, he told the nurse he had had unprotected sex with me and she treated us both with antibiotics. I was not tested, just treated. I informed my previous boyfriend of this just in case it was me who initially had chlamydia, his test came back negative, so does this mean i contracted chlamydia from the most recent boyfriend? and did i contract chlamydia at all since i was not tested??? nowadays, If i am asked by a health professional if i have ever had an sti i tell them i have but even i am not sure if i have ? have i or haven't i ?

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated

Can't say if you ever had chlamydia since you were not tested.
