differance in yeast infections and chlamydia

i've had alot of vaginal discomfort for the past 6-8 months. ive suffered from numerous UTI's and ive had 2 bartholin's cysts. but my main concern is the itching and burning. i havent been to a doctor for it because i can't afford to go. my question is how would i know the difference in a yeast infection and chlamydia? i've been using creams and taking over-the-counter tablets by AZO for yeast infection and they seem to help, but i want to be sure.. HELP!

If you've taken antibiotics for the UTI's, that would be one indication that you have a years infection.  If you have a thick,white, cottage cheese like discharge (clumpy), that is a good indication.  If you have a yellow, milky discharge that may or may not have hints of blood, it is possibly chlamydia.  

But these infections have such similar symptoms that you really should see a doctor or go to a free std clinic.  Chlamydia is sometimes mistaken for gonorrhea, or trichomonas, bacterial vaginosis.  You don't know unless you are tested properly.  And they are all treated differently as well.
