do i have something? im worried

Alright about 21 days ago i had unprotected sex, well it was like the day after i started feeling a very very minor burning after i was done urinating, it doesnt burn while urinating, its after. About 2 weeks later i noticed when i got up i squeezed my penis and this small amount of creamy discharge comes out, and it does every morning since like 4 days ago. I went and pissed in a cup and is being tested but i still havnt hurd anything from the test result. The nurse lady said that if we dont hear from the lab, its a negative a gonareea and chlamadia, im scared! can anyone give me some advice from what i just told u?

If they dont call its negative. So its prob just UTI.
