foul odor after having sex

hi im 26 years old, i slept with my bf last friday night and had unprotected sex.. he is positive with clamydia (chlamydia) a month ago and took a medication and said will be treated in 2 weeks. He said he got it in korea last dec he went there and we had sex before that, i was worried that maybe he got it before he went to korea. so i went to the doctor for a check up, he said that i dont have the symptoms because i dont have the bad odor discharge and some of the symptom.. i gave my urine for a test but he gave me an option instead that i can took a medicine in one dose and takes 2 weeks to be cleaned up if im positive. The doctor also said that its safe even if your not positive.. after 2 weeks i have had a sex with my bf again that is this last friday night with unprotected sex knowing that we are both safe now.. but last night when i went to the toilet and peed the tissue that i used smells bad.. and i dont smell it before..or is it normal to have foul odor after sex? i think the odor is from with him, the liquid the left insidein me. im also worried if he still have the clamydia (chlamydia) even if its 1 month now after He took medication. If he is,i got it too again.. if thats the case can i take the same medication i took before or i need a higher dosage now? please help me, i am so worried.

Both should be cured but often a yeast infection can happen. You should see your Dr.

Chlamydia is a STD so if he got it when he was with you then he must have had sex with someone else.

Yes i know He had sex with someone else. Because we had an open relationship. I had sex with him just twice Last November 13, 2010 and the latest this friday Feb 26, 2011. Because we have long distance relationship. Last dec 12 - 26 , he had vacation in korea.
Last month January 28, we are supposed to meet again but that time he got the result that he is positive with clamydia (chlamydia) which he said that he got it in korea maybe and took medication that time also, so, that meeting did not happpened. Because im very afraid that maybe he got it before we had sex, i went to the doctor and took the 1 shot dose medication that will take 2 weeks, even though i didnt have symptoms.

After two weeks we met and have unprotected sex again, being careless again knowing that we are both treated. LAst night when i peed i smelt stranged foul odor  from the tissue paper, is it possible that he didnt got treated with medication he took? or he has some other std's that could not be treated by antibiotics?or is it normal to have strange odor after sex? does the guys liquid come out from their organ has strange odor?(because im not really experienced in sex) because maybe im just paranoid.. Now the tissue i used were not smelt that bad as last night. I also got bitter taste in my tounge near my troat, and i starting to have sore/itchy troat, i dont know if it has connection. we just kiss, i didnt do oral sex. but maybe he has bacteria in his troat also, i dont know.. im really paranoid now and worried. please help me answer my question. im really afraid of some other stds.

Yes you both should be cured.
Smell is never really associated with a STD.
