gonorrhea and chlaymdia

I had a very low exposure 10 months back . mutual masturbation with prostitute , where her vaginal fluids came in contact with my genitals . i do not have any symptoms upto 10 months . recently i had shown to a well known skin and vd specialist in india and asked for gonorrhea and chlaymdia test , he told me that without symptoms there is no test , but he ordered anormal urine test for me , result of which was negative  . he told me i do not have to worry for chlyamdia or gonorrhea , but i am very much concerned , i fear that i might have passed it to my wife , i have a small breast feeding baby , i fear my wife can transfer gonoorea or chlaymdia to my baby via breast milk , pls ehelp

You had a no risk exposure. And a STD can not be spread to your baby from breast feeding.
