gonorrhea

I have been tested for gonorrhea 2 years ago and the test was negative.  My doc had me get retested due to symptoms I was having.  I am married and only hae one sex partner.  He says he has not had other partners since we were married.  I was wondering if gonorrhea could lay dormant in my body and then suddenly appear.

No, it wouldn't.

There are lots of things that cause symptoms similar to gonorrhea though - bacterial vaginosis is one.  If your gonorrhea test comes back negative, make sure you get tested for other things, like bv, yeast, group b strep, etc.
