how did i get it ive been with him for two years..

how did i get this i just understand.. ive been with him for two years and i never slep with any one but him in those two years he does not got it. thats what he said i have no symptoms. out of the blue i thought it was just a yeast infection but it kept geting bad i went to the doctor and they told me what it was and climidia it was .. i was crying beacause i did not slleep around with any one but the man i love i will never know how i got this and i know it di not walk in side me he had to of slep with some one and i dont know about it ..i had its so bad that now i cant have kids.. im 18 years old an di just want to know how i got it if i did not sleep around please help me im scared... i know nothing about this?

Has he been tested?  He needs to be, and if his is positive, that means one of you probably went out of the relationship.  I can't imagine both of you would go 2 years without symptoms.  Just because he has no symptoms doesn't mean he doesn't have it.
