i have chlamydia had a few questions

Hi. I am a young black guy. I had unprotected receptive oral sex with a gay man from craigslist. I know he has many partners. But I had protected penetrative  anal sex with him and from what I saw the condom didn't break or have holes. That was on january 2nd of this year. On Feb 4th I had unprotected receptive oral sex with a guy who later told me he is promiscuous. I realized on tuesday I had discharge coming from my penis. And  I had burning sensation while urinating. I went to the er yesterday and they tested me and said I have chlamydia. They gave me zithromax and a shot in my butt. I know having an std makes it easier to get others. My questions were about how long does it usually take for the std to clear up with the antibiotics I took? Which exposure do you think was most likely I contracted it from because I'm not sure everything happened these past three days. My other question was do you think I would have syphillis (syphilis) too I don't have a chancre which I assume would be in or on my penis but I'm not sure.

1-2 weeks for it to fully clear. The Feb 4th one seems a little too soon for symptoms to happen, but the Jan one seems a little late for symptoms. I guess the 4th fits better but can't say for sure.

Syphilis is low risk. Without a canker then you don't have syphilis. But never a bad idea to test every 6 months to 1 year for every STD and HIV.

thank you very much vance. I had another question. i've been getting some slight pains around my body after ive taken the antibiotics which are working. isthat normal and is it normal for the disease to spread throughout the body so fast.

Could be anxiety related, could be medication just having side effects.
