I have had 4 girls in my entire life tell me they caught something from me. All 4 said clymedia. The first 2 were close in timeframe. Within about a month. The second girl was my girlfriend at the time and the doctor gave her medicine for me too. 2 pills and no sex for 2 weeks. I never had any symptoms to begin with so after the 2 wks we continued to have sex as usual. About 4-5 months later I had unprotected sex with a girl. Within 3 days I had bumps tht looked like small bug bites/ sores on the shaft of my dick. I was seen at planned parenthood and the doctor looked at it and said it looked TO HER like herpes. She did no tests, or swabs, or anything. The girl never said anything so neither did I. About a yr and 2 months later I had unprotected sex in the same week with the 3rd and the 4th girl. Here's the confusing part. I have had close to 115 sex partners. Probably used a condom with 1 out of 4 girls. Only 4 told me anything about an std. And THE ONLY symptoms ive EVER had are these bumps. Not clustered, no puss, no discharge. No burning but lately its been itching. And these symptoms only occur once every 1-2 months. My penis doesn't hurt and it doesn't hurt when I pee. I feel like my situation is unique in nature and a bit too complicated for me to figure out on my own. These girls got tested and treated for clymedia but tht doctor said it looked like herpes. And my symptoms don't match anything ive looked up.

If you are getting these bumps once every couple of months, then it could be herpes.  Outbreaks differ in different people.  Chlamydia doesn't give you bumps.  It is possible you got HSV1.  Outbreaks are mild in general with HSV1.  But that is just guessing, the same as the doctor did.  You need to buckle down and get a full std panel.  Stop playing around with your partners' health and yours as well.  Stop having unprotected sex or the next time someone may tell you that you gave them HIV.  Get tested, please.
