is it Chlamydia or something else?

Hello there,
     I want to know what i got, in the past months i went to my doctor and did a full STD exams because i had sex without condoms with my girlfriend and i started leaking clear fluids from penis. The results came back with positive on Chlamydia i was given 500mg of Azitromicine for seven days and the problem was gone.

     Last week I had sex with condoms with my girlfriend again (she didn't start the treatment for chlamydia) over the weekend i felt pain inside of the bladder and after it stopped i started leaking once again i know that i could get re infected especially since i touch my penis without washing hands. the problem its that i started (by myself) drinking the pills once again its the 3rd day leaking still keep on going sometimes i feel discomfort in the urethra so I'm freaking out, sometimes i think its herpes in the urethra but i have no pain while urinating, no mark or sores on the outside, no bumps, no discomfort while i masturbate etc. its been 8 months since i got Chlamydia the First time and i had no herpes symptoms or anything so i want to know if this is just some other symptoms of Chlamydia and if what I'm taking as remedy its good enough ( i feel the discomfort almost at the tip of the penis inside and if there is water inside. and sometimes it burns, I'm not circumcised)

you took the pills each day? your suppose to take all pills at once. the way your taking it will not clear the infection.
