is there a blood test for rectal gonorrhea?

There is a web site (heathtestdirect.com) that has an std test panel, blood test only, that test for Hep B, HIV, gonorrhea and chlamydia.  Seems for real but I read nothing about testing for rectal gonorrhea or chlamydia by blood.  I did a urine test for both (came back neg) but was told that would not show if the infection was rectal.
Looking for guidance.
