low back pain... feel like pulled muscle right on spine in low back

I have had this low back pain for 3 months now started 2 days after sexual encounter... did not have intercourse but she rubbed the tip of my penis on her anus... took all the meds for Chlymdia... Cipro, Doxy, and shot of rocephren... and all those other pains went away but sharp low back pain has persisted... and is getting worse, especially at nite when I lay down... two docs tell me its a pulled muscle... but I know that its not... its internal and STD... anyone else have similar experience ... and I now know for sure that its STD cuz I have passed it to my new GF... who is now telling me that she must have pulled a muscle in her low back... 2 days after we had sex ... I did not tell her that I was infected cuz the Dr's insisted that I have no STD's... and they are just to lazy to give a sh##... and I am in intense physical and emotional pain from this STD... I have asked them if it could be a parasite from anal contact but they just laugh at that .... and refuse to give me test or treatment for this... what else could it be... evidently not Gonoreha or Chlymydia or others as I have had meds for that... anyone got any ideas ???

This does not sound like an STD. A good orthopedic back specialist may be a good choice for you.
