lymph node in groin swollen

can clamydia (chlamydia) or any other std cause the lymph nodes in the groin to swell and ache?

yes... I have had the painful swelling of lymph nodes in groin and armpits... from Chylmydia... have to take Cipro and Doxycyline to get rid of it...

Swelling of both inguinal (groin) and axillary (armpit) lymph nodes are not typical Chlamydia symptoms. You need to have your doctor examine these.
