need some help

so i went to the ob on dec 7 for my first ultra sound after finding out im prego, so she did the full exam pap and all then on the 8th they call me and tell me i have Chlamydia. Me and my boyfriend have been together for 4 years, i had my first child with him aug 2007. my last pap was dec 8 09 and everything was normal. so does this mean that he cheated on me sometime from dec 8 2009 to current... ?? he of course is denying everything and he went and got tested after he said my doc must of had a false positive but his result came back positive... I have been doing my research but need some additional advice.. i dont know who to beleive or what to do... but i need some clearification in regards to how i could have gotten this, i have not strayed from our relationship at all... he had cheated on me in the beging of our relationship and i found out i was prego and decided to work it out an stay, but when i was prego with my first all test came back fine, pap smear came back fine... and now i go to the ob and was told i have this... how embarrarsing! please help me find some clearifiction.

Well it could have been a false positive if he tested negative. But since he is also positive having 2 false positives would be very rare.

You can only aquire chlamydia from sex, so the only way to look at this is that someone must have went outside of the relationship in the past year.

Chlamydia tests are not always done when a pap is done. So it is possible to have had it longer but not from 2007. Probably aquired it within the past year or so.
