oral on TS

Hi i performed oral sex on a transexual sex worker without a condom, i took some zithromax 3 days after just to be certain I didnt contract anything. My question is would the drug work in that time frame and secondly would oral infection move to the genitals internally ?

If you get infected orally it stays there. We don't give medication advice. Chlamydia is rare if ever to infect the throat. You had a low risk exposure for gonorrhea, herpes and syphilis.
