oral sex and STDs

I gave oral sex to a guy and received cum in my mouth but did not swallow.  About 6 to 8 hrs after that I developed a red rash on my back and sides that consisted of little red bumps about 1 to 2 mm in dia.  The bumps on my back were located in the center of my lower back.  The rash on my back went away but the rash on my sides is still present but a lot less visible  The side rash actually looks like 30 or 40 very light red spots scattered  and not together. I also got an unconfterable feeling under my arms for about 10 hrs at first.  This all happoned 4 weeks ago .  My side rash is still visible but has inproved a great  deal.  I still get that unconfertible feeling under my armes at night after physical activities during the daytime.  The next morning I feel fine. I had std test for everytinng except herpies (herpes). I got a HIV test a week ago so that would have been only 2 weeks from possible exposure .,but would rule out anything prior to that night.     what do you think my symptomes might indicate.

Ejaculation does not matter.  No std shows up less than 48 hours after sexual contact. Getting an std from giving oral sex is very rare.  You should go to a doctor for rashes, bumps, lumps, etc.  They are indicative of many many things, most of which are not std related.
