my penis is nerve now i am last 5 year master bating ... and aslo my penis is not standing now ...wat i doo plzz doctor ... and this problem create last 7 month ...doctor treatment available ??

Hiya i have not long got back from the hospital where i had a laparoscopy, i have been having pains down below for at least a year now, and have had chlymidia tests with the doctor that came back all clear.... well they said they were all clear but on my file with the hospital it says they didnt know for sure!!- that was annoying! i have been finding it difficult to concieve (conceive) for nearly two years and am really worried that that will allways be the case (that i will be lucky if i manage to concieve (conceive))  i have been with my current partner for over 2 years now so i am pretty sure if i have caught chlymidia it has been there for 2 years+ . the doctor says i have chronic PID, lots of scarrong on my tubes, and the dye spilled from both but they are patent. i guess what i am trying to say is-"are my tubes doomed?" or can something be done? i have to wait a month for my follow up appointment!! thankyou
