please explain chlamydia tachomatis

I recently got back a report which stated the following

chlamydia tachomatis igg      0.85 negative    no past exposure to chlamydia tachomatis

chlamydia tachomatis igm      2.2 positive      a present and recent exposure to chlamydia tachomatis

please explain and n this cause infertility. I am a 33 yr old female.

I assume this was from a blood test? If so I would have a swab or urine test. If I am wrong on the assumption of a blood test please let me know.

Yes it was a blood test. Is it that the urine or swab test are more reliable?

Yes the urine and/or swab looks for the actual infection. Blood does not and only looks for antibodies.
