problems after negative test for cure

after my test for Chlamydia came back positive i Took the Z-pack i was given and waited a month to get re-tested. during that month i refrained from sexually contact. I went back for my test for cure and it came back Negative. although my test came back negative, recently i've been noticing a little things lately like  slght itching n the uretha or a very small amount of discharge from the penis when it is  pulle in a milking motion. i haven't had a partner since my test came back and i'm wondering if my test for cure could have been a inaacurate or is it my paranoia about STD's now making me notice little things that have always been there before? i plan on gettin another test done also

Maybe its anxiety?  And if you are milking it, its not unusual to get a little discharge.
