It is a bit different for men and women, women who have rectal gono or Clamp are more likely to transmit to their vagina as the areas are close and the vagina is right there...

As for men your penis is not in direct range of transmition, but there are no 100%.

If you know you were only infected in your rectal then chances are you didn't transmit from penis to vagina... but theres no such thing as 100%, so for safe precautions your partner and yourself should be tested to ensure no infection.
