No, you cannot reinfect yourself.  The bacteria has to come from one source to another.  One person to another...not yourself to yourself.  The medication is active in your body for at least 7 days.

okay so if i was taking my medication for treatment and i happend to masturbate or my boyfriend fingered me but washed his hands before doing so when i go to the doctor i should be clean because we havent  had sex at all since i started taking my pills.

No.  Chlamydia is not likely to be in the mouth.  Not only that, it is local to the site of infection, meaning, you get it genitally, it does not automatically mean you have it orally. I think I confused myself...lol.. i hope you get what I was trying to say.  But no, fingering is fine.  Has he been treated too?

i understood what you said. you basically said he couldnt give my chlamydia from giving me oral or fingering me.

now i've never cheated on my boyfriend because i love and care about him way to much to do that but is it posible that i can turn up positive again even though i took all my pills and we havent had intercorse and i havent given him oral

Once you are cured, it is gone.  It does not reoccur on its own. You can still get it again if you have unprotected sex with someone who has it.
