should i be concerned?

Ok I had sex with a woman back in mid december, I recently contacted the woman just to say hello and she told me she was diagnosed with chlamydia. I don't have any actual symptoms of chlamydia but within the last week I have seen a rash under my scrotum area but it does not itch or anything and it seems to have spread on my left hand in a small area. Also she was diagnosed with chlamydia orally not vaginally as we did use a condom but she did give me oral sex.

Go and get tested.

Go and get tested asap . It is an STD that can go with out showing symptoms more in men . The only way to know for sure is an Std test .
