sourcing chlamydia?

i have just tested postive for chlamydia.
since my last test (which was negative) ive only been in sexual contact with 3 men.
man 1 who i gave oral sex to
man 2 who i had vaginal sex with but didnt ejaculate inside me
man 3 who i had vaginal sex with

i've been in contact with man 2 and he has told me he has very recently tested negative for chlamydia, does this mean i can definetly rule out man 1 and 2 as the source?

man 3 last relationship was for 10 years prior to me and he is going to get tested soon for it, so we really are stumped as to where it came from.

and what are the chances that i have tested false postive or that man 2 has tested false negative?

If you can trust man 2, then you didn't get it from him unless he had another partner in between his last test and you.

It wouldn't be #1 - chlamydia is rarely, if ever, transmitted orally.

If man 3 has a negative, you might have a false positive.
