One of you had false results - either you had a false positive, or he had a false negative. Have you taken the meds yet? If you haven't, you could retest and find out if it was a false positive.
You should also find out what kind of test you had done. If it was the new pap that automatically tests for chlamydia with it, then it could be a false positive.
If you've already taken the meds, then your husband needs to take them as well, just in case he had a false negative. You should wait to have sex for 7 days from the time he takes his meds, if he takes them after you.
After that week has passed, you can start trying to conceive again.
