I have been with my sex partner for a month we have been very faithfully to one another when I first got with him I told him I had an abortion from my prevous relationship then we started becoming sexually active two weeks into the realationship he has painful burning when urinating no discharge and pain in his kidney well he went to the doctor she suspected an std he got tested for gonorrhea/chlamydia and  they stuck a cotton swab down his penis and issued blood work so I also get tested we both came back negative another two weeks pass and my insides begin to hurt when having sex so I go to a different doctor told him the whole situation he diagnosis me with bv and checks my cervix and I tell him its sore so he issues another chlamydia/gonorrhea test is it possible that there was a misdiagnosis in one of us when we both tested negative????

I'd say both of you testing negative means that you don't have chlamydia, but that doesn't mean you aren't passing some germ back and forth.

Take your meds for the bv, and he should go pee in a cup and see if he has any bacteria in his urine.  If he does, then you all might need an antibiotic.  There are lots of bacteria that can be passed back and forth, but we don't necessarily know all of them.
