sweat rash

my current partner performed cunnilingus he is right into it i would be too if He made me come but now have a terrible groin rash,that after it happened I woke up with stinging pain and now a week later a rash I cannot get rid of.Tried everything ,remember he tasted of red wine perhaps his  acid has burned me
