symptoms after antibiotics

I wen to the doctor for a STD check and i had gonerrhea. He gave me a shot and some pills to take. I took them and and 2 weeks later i started discharging again. I havent had sex. I went to the docter again and he said i had it again. Does anyone kno the cause???

Have you had oral sex?

Did he test you again or just go by symptoms?

You can get gonorrhea from oral sex.   Did you ever get tested or did he go by symptoms both times?  If the symptoms come back this time, get some testing done.

Are you having oral sex with the same person as before?  You could be getting re-infected if that person hasn't been treated.

well yea it was with the same person but we went and got treated at the same time

and the first time i got tested and the second time he went off of symptoms. now my symptoms went away but i still dont understand it
